The PRIDE Cape Coral Festival brings together thousands of attendees, local businesses, community organizations, artists, and makers for a full day of celebration, connection, and visibility. We’re excited to welcome a diverse mix of vendors who support inclusivity, community, and pride.
Whether you’re a small business, nonprofit, artist, or community organization, vending at PRIDE Cape Coral is a powerful way to connect face-to-face with an engaged and supportive audience.

All vendors must align with the mission and values of PRIDE Cape Coral
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance
Once approved, vendors will receive confirmation and next steps via email
Vendor fees, setup instructions, and event logistics will be provided upon approval.
Vendor Setup Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
All vendors must be fully set up by 11:00 AM
Festival runs rain or shine
Breakdown begins after the event concludes at 8:00 PM
More detailed load-in and event-day instructions will be shared with approved vendors closer to the event date.
